How it works - Online Returns

1. Request Return

Login and go to Account > My Orders > ReturnItem and select the products you wish to return along with the reason for return. Or kindly write to us at care@anitadongre.com

2. Return Pickup

Our delivery agent will pick up the package within 1-2 business days. Please ensure products are unused and tags are intact.

3. Refund

Refund will be processed on receiving the product, it may take 5-7 days to get credited at its source.

Note:We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at care@anitadongre.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.  We do not offer return and exchanges in store. We don’t offer return and refund on jewellery, accessories, made to order styles, pre-order and products altered as per size specification.
